Heart of Ice Poster Designs

Role: Graphic Designer & Illustrator Goals • To create a more traditional film poster for the famous “Batman the Animated Series” show. • To produce pieces that are both enjoyable for a viewer of the episode and to entice newcomers. Outcome • I produced two 300 dpi CYMK images at the standard 27” x 41” film poster size. • I learned how to replicate mid-century airbrushing techniques with a digital dissolve soft brush. Tools Used • Physical: Paper and Pencil for the entirety of the sketching phase. • Software: Adobe Photoshop CC for the illustrative components and InDesign CC for the lettering.
